Your friend Adam is doing something super crazy, you signed up. You almost died and got zero results.
So you go looking for the next thing. I am here to tell you what it is and guarantee it's not what you're thinking.

Some things to consider:

- Are there certain foods that cause you problems?
- Are there certain types of food you can't give up?
- Are there certain foods you need to avoid?
- Do you see yourself maintaining these kinds of changes long term?
- Diets are temporary, lasting results require lifestyle changes.
- How will your changes affect those around you if you make meals for other people
- Are you willing to learn and put in the work and give this a real shot
Once you have a general idea of what you are looking for get to researching. If you have absolutely no idea where to start send me an email, I offer a FREE 30 minute call to help you come up with some ideas on where to start and give you tips to help you get started right away.
Secondly, don't give up when after one week the scale has barely moved, or even went in the wrong direction. It takes four to six weeks to know if something is working and every time you stop, give up and move on to the next thing you saw online you are putting off your progress. Stick to it and you will stop going in circles.
So the next thing you are going to try? Something that fits your needs and CONSISTENCY!
Got it?
Still confused?
